Cancellation/rescheduling/refund policy: appointments may be canceled/rescheduled through the link in the confirmation email at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellation/rescheduling made at least 24 hours in advance is eligible for a refund to the original payment method. Cancellation/rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the appointment is not refundable.
